Easy Grilled Marlin

Ingredients (Help):
12 oz Fish fillets; Marlin-2
1/2 lg Lemon; quartered
Salt and pepper; to taste

Prepare the grill for the direct heat method.

Lightly grease the grid with spray oil so the fillets won't stick. Season
fish with salt and pepper and place fish on grid using a medium-hot fire.
Grill for 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes. Remove from grill and
squeeze lots of lemon on the Marlin. Enjoy!
