Chili-Cheese Balls

Yield: 72 Balls

Ingredients (Help):
8 oz Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Margarine or butter,
-softened
1/2 ts Salt
4 oz Chopped green chilies, well
-drained

Heat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients. Shape into 3%-inch balls. Place
about 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake until set, 15 to 18
minutes. Serve immediately. About 6 dozen appetizers; 30 calories per
appetizer. Do-ahead Tip: Shape appetizers and freeze. To serve, bake about
18 minutes.
